The Relational Mirror invites colleagues to describe how they experience you in leadership — generating a profile of how your ego state patterns appear to others, alongside how you see them in yourself.

How it works. Enter your details and the email addresses of the people you would like to invite. Each nominee will receive an email explaining the instrument and containing a direct link to complete it. Their responses are completely confidential — their names and email addresses will not appear in your report. You will receive your composite report once at least three people have responded.

Who to invite. Choose between three and five people who see you in leadership situations — direct reports, peers, your manager, or close colleagues. A varied group produces a richer picture.
